About

Concurrent with academic pursuits investing a decade for Degree in Commerce, Management and Law, supplemented with professional qualifications of Company Secretaryship and Cost Accountancy, I gave an early start to a self-made career as an Accounts Officer blending education with grass-root level experience.

Graduated and moved on to serve a renowned Indian Business House whilst consciously pursuing post-graduation studies to qualify as Corporate Secretary, Legal Counsel and Finance Professional. I then served for one of the pioneer company of Pilkington Group of United Kingdom as vital resource for the Chairman, Board of Directors and Managing Director, to keep abreast with Best Practices in Corporate Governance, Finance Mobilisation, Audit Committees, Compliances, Investors Relations and Governmental Policy & Regulatory Affairs

My career move advanced me to Deutsche Bank of Germany where I led Financial Control, External Audit, Tax and Legal Function at a national level. My next challenge was to integrate into a multi-disciplinary core-team to restructure and turn-around a Business with fair success.

After having been selected on merit to serve as Executive Director with SEBI, India’s Capital Market Regulator, I opted to spearhead the Management team of Insurance joint-venture of India’s respected TATA Group and American International Group, a Fortune 500 Company.

I had then been appointed as the General Manager - Finance & Secretary with Global Steel Holdings Ltd - Dubai , Mittals’ largest steel conglomorate world-wide, overviewing operations in India, Philippines, Libya, Bulgaria, Nigeria to name a few
