About
Viji completed her masters M.Sc in Mathematics at IIT Madras in 1985 and is also a graduate in education (B.Ed.) from Madurai Kamaraj University. A certified Independent Director, Industry 4.0 Assessor and has also done CISA, CQA, ITIL, PMP certifications.
After, a very short stint in teaching, at IMPACT Engg. College, Bangalore, during 1985-86, she worked in different companies and roles in IT industry for about 28 years. Her longest stint for about 15 years was with Steria (erstwhile Xansa) as Vice President and Director Operations and Solutioning. She has set up many Offshore Delivery Centres for clients in UK, Europe and US. She has worked in research, innovation, product development and service delivery to many clients in the USA, UK, European and Asian regions. She has travelled
extensively in these regions. Her domain experience includes Government, Insurance,
Manufacturing, Banking, Healthcare.
